Bruno is from Brazil and after spending many years in Ireland, he has since moved to Mallorca.
He started his hospitality career in 2003 as a mixologist for several years and then progressed to working in kitchens. He has worked in a Michelin star restaurant in Brazil called “D.o.m”. When Bruno moved to Ireland he worked in a 5 star hotel as a chef and has experience in working in wine bars, brunch restaurants, Brazilian and fusion restaurants, teaching and cooking classes and catering businesses. He has also ran his own kitchen and bar in Ireland before progressing to work on super yachts. Bruno has worked on 2 boats before Perseverance, one being a day charter boat and another 67m sailing yacht.
His interests are skateboarding, being outdoors and all things active. His cooking style is minimalistic and loves using local ingredients to create his dishes which are influenced from all over the world.
